North Shore Sea Level Rise Port Economic Impact Analysis (2020)

The North Shore municipalities in Metro Vancouver including the District of North Vancouver, City of North Vancouver and District of West Vancouver along with the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority and Squamish First Nation initiated a coordinated risk assessment and climate adaptation planning process to assess the North Shore vulnerability to sea level rise, and to identify priority areas for mitigation and risk management.

Clean Truck Fund Rate Study for Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach (2019)

DTCI led this project for the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to analyze the effects of implementing a Clean Truck Fund Rate (CTFR) on the local drayage market and port traffic. The CTFR will be charged to beneficial cargo owners (BCOs) for each loaded container move by truck if the truck is not compliant with near-zero or zero-emissions standards.
